Maximizing Benefits Outreach & Enrollment Resources - Jan 2010 NCBOE Training
Happy New Year! As Part D open enrollment ends and we move into 2010, we’d like to take a step back from talking about policy changes and spend some time exploring ways that you can maximize your agency’s benefits outreach and enrollment potential. So our January training – Maximizing Your Benefits Outreach and Enrollment Resources – will focus on strategies, case examples, advice and lessons learned, what to think about as you consider one of these strategies, and metrics (or how to figure out if a strategy has worked).
This conference call/webinar will be offered at three different times to suit your busy schedules. We encourage you to pass these dates and the registration information along to your colleagues, partners, and state/local chapters or affiliates as well. The dates/times for this training are: Thursday, January 21 2:00-3:30 pm Eastern - Click here to register Friday, January 22 2:00-3:30 pm Eastern - Click here to register Monday, January 25 2:00-3:30 pm Eastern - Click here to register View the presentation slides here. *** Please think before you register…At present we only have 150 audio lines available for each of our training sessions. Even though we now offer each training 3 times in a given month, our trainings have been filling up more rapidly than ever when it comes to reservations – often within a few days – and as a consequence we regularly have to turn people away from our live sessions. Yet we typically have 50 to 75 “no-shows” for each webinar. While we understand that last-minute emergencies may arise on occasion, we ask that you carefully consider whether or not you think you will actually be able to attend a webinar before you register. Thank you for helping us to accommodate as many people as possible on our webinars. We appreciate your cooperation. Please note: we are exploring new options for accommodating larger numbers of participants on our calls, and we record each training and post those trainings online at www.CenterforBenefits.org. *** Please contact abctraining@ncoa.org if you need further assistance.
