My Medicare Community (MMC) Benefits Packages

NEW MEMBER

Register for My Medicare Community today--and upon approval of your registration instantly become a NEW MEMBER eligible for the following benefits of membership:

• Preference Update Alerts: When you register, you can choose to receive an alert through your email whenever a section of the MMC Web site that interests you is updated with new information or postings. This email will supply you with the direct link to the new information, allowing you to remain connected and up to date.
• Weekly Update Emails: All members receive the weekly MMC update emails. These emails are full of new information on Medicare Part D, as well as changing trends and common problems benefits counselors like you are facing all around the country. Direct links to information and forums will be supplied through these emails.
• MMC Mouse Pad: You will receive a high-quality MMC mouse pad so that you have the MMC address on hand at all times for easy reference when you need info or want to share a great idea with the community.

CONTRIBUTING MEMBER

Once you are comfortable with My Medicare Community, increase your participation and become a CONTRIBUTING MEMBER by posting and sharing your questions and solutions with your colleagues online. Contributing Members are eligible for the following benefits of membership:

• MMM Flash Drive: You will receive a MMC portable flash drive (512mb) chock full of 2008 Medicare Part D forms and information you can take with you to use on any computer.
• Virtual Office Hours: You are instantly eligible to sign up for Virtual Office Hours. Each month, a staff member at the MMC will be available to our membership for a fifteen minute, one-on-one, online chat, to give our members direct answers to their most troubling Medicare Park D questions. The “appointment” sign up sheet will be available each month on MMC in a members online section.
• State CMS Data Report We know benefits counselors are busy and often loaded down with information for clients. As a service only available to our Contributing Members, the MMC professionals will weed through the massive amount of CMS data and compile a targeted state profile for your use.

FREQUENT VISITOR

As you continue to post on the My Medicare Community and become a trusted and reliable resource for your fellow members, you will be upgraded to a FREQUENT VISITOR. Once you achieve this level of membership, you will be eligible for the following benefits:

• NCOA On-site Consultation: Each Frequent Visitor will be enrolled in the NCOA On-site Consulting Contest. Every quarter NCOA will pick one faithful MMC member to receive a full-day, on-site consultation with one of the three MMC moderators. The outcomes of this visit will be posted on MMC, detailing your organization’s successes and innovative ideas for all members to view.
• Laptop Bag: We know you need to be mobile to educate and counsel your community’s people with Medicare, so in addition to the MMC flash drive you receive as a Contributing Member, we will send you a MMC laptop bag with a padded sleeve for your computer and various pockets for your other on-the-move needs.
